Refund policy

Coffees are always sent to you with full and accurate descriptions that represent the tasting notes our team tasted when brewing each coffee. Of course, factors such as your chosen brewing method, grinder used, water quality, and many other factors have a large impact on coffee quality. There are many ways to brew great tasting coffee, though we recommend you use the methods and equipment we outline here on our site.

For these reasons, coffee is not subject to return or refund. However, we understand the potential for errors in shipment and are always happy to correct them, just reach out to us and we would love to help!

Other merchandise (brewing equipment, shirts, mugs, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, shipping is at the buyers expense. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the payment used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the merchandise.
